Aaaaaand Action! This course is designed to give students various performing arts skills that can be used on stage or in front of the camera. Drama games, role play, script work and industry based content will ensure a diverse and exciting curriculum.
‘Script to Screen’ is designed to give participants exposure to a variety of performance styles and experiences that will ensure they are well versed in performance terminology and concepts. From industry knowledge to general performance techniques, students can continually grow their performance tool kit from term to term.
Participants will gain a number of life skills that will help them to feel comfortable when speaking to a crowd, performing on stage or in front of a camera. This will be achieved through dynamic drama games, role play, improvisation, scene work, drama and dance ensembles, casting techniques and more.
Perfect for all children, regardless of their performance experience. This is a valuable course to enable students to explore their performing potential while gaining confidence and social engagements. Curriculum content will be partially driven by students' interests.
Class numbers are limited and fill up quickly, so early bird registration is highly recommended.
We do not accept enrolments after the third week of term, to ensure that students foster strong relationships and feel comfortable within the ensemble.
